Lead Sales Manager - Aerospace

Role Summary/Purpose:

As a Lead Sales Manager for H-line turboprop aircraft engines you would be responsible for selling product, services, solutions or projects within region of Australia, Asia and New Zealand. You would contribute to sales plan and define sales strategy for targeted clients and defined region.

Essential responsibilities:

You would be responsible for the customers in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication. We expect to have onboard an approachable personality able to build customer relationships with the assigned customers, manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk and gain and maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
You would also be responsible for new business opportunities identification and development to grow the sales pipeline.


We are looking for a professional with university degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least some experience in Sales). Strong experience in Sales or Account Management in a aerospace segment is necessary for successfull candidate for this role. We are looking for a strong leader with proven selling and negotiating skills and proficiency in English language (Czech is advantage). Strong customer and relationship building skills are definitely advantage as well as excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving sales and marketing activity in the region will fit in the current team and environment and will be successfull at this role.
